uninspiring service area noisy air conditioning

The staff were very nice and helpful, I must admit.

The room I booked, described as a 'Beautiful Room Balcony', was not beautiful. It was quite run-down and looked older than the photos suggested. The balcony overlooked a rather uninspiring service area, not very scenic. The air conditioning was also quite noisy, I did not sleep well.

kind service welcome drink lush garden efficient service

the staff provided such kind service.. i especially loved the welcome drink i received upon arrival. the grounds were well maintained with lush gardens creating a peaceful atmosphere. the pool was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day exploring nearby attractions. i also appreciated the prompt and efficient room service.

I noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture. It could use some updating.
